I'm not sure what all to say about myself, I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan (USA) and work as a graphic designer/computer technician for a print shop. I have a BS in Historic Preservation, but wasn't willing to go on for a Master's Degree, nor was I interested in teaching, so I found another career. I discovered Bryce way back when version 1 came out, but I didn't really get serious about the program, or 3D art in general, until a few years ago. When I'm not in front of the computer, I'm either making costumes or wearing them to a renaissance festival, or building a new rock-sculpture, or possibly wandering with a camera.
When I'm not making something, odds are I'm reading from my far too wide range of interests: Astronomy, Cosmology, Physics, Archeology, Anthropology, History, Current Events, NASA (of course) and anything else that happens to catch my attention. It's really hard to find enough time to do all of the things I want to be doing! What drew me to Renderosity is the many excellent artists who continue to inspire me to push myself as an artist. More recently I've added a selection of stuff to another online gallery location:http://nefariousdro.deviantart.com/Â

No alien anti-grav pods, huh? I coulda sworn.... LOL! Very cool - I love the way that big one on top is balanced on the small, almost pointed end! That's got to be a real Zen kind of thing - it must take quite a bit of concentration. Thought provoking narrative as well!

That's a great balancing act, though it would be a magnet for kids and perhaps the rock could cause an injury. But then again, there's a cemetary right handy, ha ha! It wouldn't take much paint to make that top rock into a skull.

for that you have to be mental balanced and sure in your self i think:) stunning work and picture- the fence in back disturb (a little)the wonderful image!

This might explain your lack of Trick or Treaters on Halloween night... "Kids krushed by kollapsing kairn" Kool! (the Kairn, not the krushed kids)

How did I miss this? Brain fart? I'll just go on and blame that. But the good thing is that I can see it now, and I'm amazed, as always. I really like the way that this resembles a person with a really skinny neck. Kinda like someone sitting for a portrait! This is really nice, and I wonder how long it stayed in place. I suspect a truck driving by would have caused vibrations enough to cause this precarious piece to topple! That I think, is what makes this such a marvelous art form; it cannot last forever, it relegates itself to memory once it decides to no longer fight gravity. Super. Fantastic. Perfect work. Nice colors too!
