Description

Been buried with work and a side project I'm doing for a former CTO's startup. Heard about the Eve Online Design Contest on Dev Art and decided I could sleep when I'm dead (GRIN). Early draft of one my entries in the Eve On-line Starship Design contest. Caldari Starliner built in Inspire 3D Modeler. Background created in Diard Software's Universe. T4V&C

Actually, I haven't been. Good one! I would stay cloaked till that ship comes within range and blow it up with my Hybrid Rapid fire Cannons (Gunnery level 5 here), you see i'm Gallente, their worse enemy :)

Yep! This has that EVE Universe look. They do have a penchant for long/skinny supercruisers with weaponry tucked just about anywhere a weapon can be tucked: including in the galley, just next to the freeze-dried ketchup vats. I love the look of this though, it's distinct and could easily serve as fodder for numerous stories in or out of the EVE universe. Fantastic work on every level, especially in terms of mood, scale, and implications of impressively massive scale. I like this a lot.
