Dokka smiled at Zeelob,"Thanks for the vote of confidence. Keep an eye out for any screw-ball things. Usually things always have some twist to them. No way to tell what it is until it's up on you." Zeelob nodded,"I'll keep an eye out for whatever." He left as Genjiro came in and snapped a salute. Dokka sighed and saluted back."At least I got you out of uniform! Lieutenant Aurora, on board ship you do NOT need to keep saluting me!" Genjiro nodded,"Sorry,sir! I think it must a nervous tic about meeting my SISTERS! This is nerve-wracking. I know she was a victim of sexual exploitation and DUPLICATION! I don't even know how to wrap my mind around that! How about the one year life span of the copy? What about...?" Dokka held up a hand."Jeet came up with an idea. Toxic's Druaga blood has human elements in it. An application of it to both girls won't do anything to the original and might extend the copy's life span to a normal length. My late wife had Toxic's blood and suffered no ill effects from it. Since we do not know WHY the copy has a limited life span, the Druaga blood might well break that. At present--it is a bridge to a more permanent solution." Genjiro sighed,"Thank god for that! THENA!" The first of the two girls stepped through the blue and orange privacy curtain of the spatially transcendent doorway. The second was on her heels. They exclaimed,"WOW! Trippy! DOKKY!" They rushed into their older brother's arms with a squeal. Dokka chuckled, remembering that Genjiro's first name was 'Dokka' as well. That got his mind going on something. It some minutes of catching up while Thena spilled all she had seen on the Erhlutian battleship. Captain Dokka Tkarro interrupted with a question,"Have you girls decided what to do about your names?" They blinked in surprise."We can't keep calling you the same name. We don't have the technology to determine the copy. SO you could both take on new names. 'Thena' was a common name in ancient Pejite and Honiamas, but the ancient Scavial had different versions of them..." Corporal Vonn said,"I have a sister named 'ATHENA',named after the child of the sky-god,Zaius' head and the goddess of wisdom. I had a girl-friend named Bethuna which means 'Beloved one', born of Zaius' heart. There was also 'Lisethena' born of his loins... but THAT is another story!" He choked off, seeing Genjiro's angry look. Dokka muttered,"Like Toxic said,'No girls in Pejite named 'Kibo' either!'!" He laughed until he choked up,seeing Genjiro's look. He said loudly,"We're just happy that Thena back!" Genjiro rolled his eyes. One of the Thenas said,"How do we decide who get which name?" The other said,"Which names,too?" Dokka said seriously,"THAT is your choice! Thena,you're very smart. You can make up your own mind on which of you gets which name and what the choices are. Chose carefully. You might have them a long time. One thought about people to talk to about separating yourself from your mirror reflection..." Genjiro waved a hand at the Captain.Dokka continued,"Snowflake and Slicey-Dicey. They are two survivors of a set of triplets. They are pretty unique from each other,too. They might help you explore new aspects of yourself that you didn't even know you had. It would be more peaceful than one of the Druaga suggested you and your reflection do." Both Thenas looked at him. He dropped the other verbal shoe by exclaiming,"Fight to the DEATH!" He drew a thumb across his throat and made a 'throat-cutting noise'. Genjiro almost exclaimed something rude as the Thenas exploded laughing,"We need to smack Prince's head!" Dokka said,"TWL is waiting to help you two anyway you want.We'll set up another bunk in your room for the other...you." --To be continued!--
