Description

A quick upload. This was taken in May. I had some time to look through some photos and found a couple that caught my eye. I've been battling asthma and bronchitis... :p ... sheesh, I am on the road to recovery though. I hope all is well with everyone and hopefully I'll be up to checking out galleries again soon. First off, I'm happy you're on the road to recovery. That's the most important thing...and secondly, I really like this photo. It has a kind of "velvet thing" going on in it that I like: it's the texture of the petals and those stamen/pistil thingamagigs. The colors are really fantastic and rich and so warm on so chilly a night, at least here in Chicago. Very nice.
