I normally do not reposts, but this image is one of my favorites. Taken at the LovEvolution Parade last year as they had cancelled this years events for "various" reasons.

I once had a conversation with a friend who said that androgyny is actually a sign of intelligence rather than anything gender-bending, and as a result of that conversation, I always wonder about "intellect" and such, whenever I see gender-bending of any sort. This is the best I've seen as it's not so much a clownish performance (which I love) but a more subtle, and even subversive "bending." The model is obviously male...if the flat chest isn't an indication then the hips certainly are, and then you've got that elfin face and a hairstyle straight out of the Ginza district of Tokyo...and black nailpolish to boot! Yeah, this is a wonderfully challenging image--very elegant, very progressive, and honestly, quite smart. I like this a lot.
