Description

I bought some shimp from some one who caught some at Big Lake with a cast net. I had to dehead them and take the shell off. Which I did and I put the shell and heads in a pot of water to boil to make a bisque. I use this to use in any seafood dish I make. I put flour and oil together and lightly brown the flour and then added some of the shimp bisque on the brown flour. I then added some onion and cooked it some. I then added some of the shimp I took the shell off. Oh I cooked the rice too as i was doing all this. plus I added spices to this dish. Cajun spice; just google it and you will have the recipe to make your own cajun spices. This have no name to the dish as I just did it out of my head I holding the plate as I takeing the photo. Thyanks for looking and comments

if you mix your own seasoning then you can leave out stuff that your body can not take. This way if you can not eat salt you can use something like salt. Or use white peeper where it have black pepper. Things like that to keep it more healthy. Plus it will not have silcon dioxide in it .

It looks very delicious. I am a great seafood fan, but have stopped eating it in recent months. Hope to resume when I feel better, and things go down well. Thanks for a treat for the eyes.

Mmmm this is so yummy! Even at 8am in the morning as one rolls out of bed, I'd opt for this instead of pancakes or cereal! :) I made note of that recipe... as I've been looking for something new and innovative! It looks absolutely awesome! I'm so hungry now! :) Happy Sunday!
