Description

Dedicated to my husband, who just participated in a successful launch into the cosmos of a different variety. Now, he can come home! I took this during the summer. The cosmo, blown by the wind, was sticking through the split in the leaf of a Giant Bird of Paradise. Truly marvelous! I laughed when I read the title, as I thought of a guy named Cosmo on vacation in Hawaii...I'm so goofy like that at times, and yeah...most times I wonder about myself. But all of that aside, this is such a perfect, spot-on, wonderful and rich photograph that I simply had to pause for a while and examine all of its richness, color, and elegance before even realizing that I should say something about it. This is really fantastic work!
