Description

Just a little experimental cloudscape with picturesque ruins. The mountain is a Quad material with a snow layer – ain't it hard to get snow to sit where you want it in Vue? I did it because I wanted to try terain sculpting, which turned out to be the easy bit. Also discovered that you can use the metablob-difference trick to chop lumps out of a Poser import – in this case the Alchemy Chasm, but it didn't take the snow layer well either so I painted it on afterwards. Also painted the figures in post. Finally, I didn't like the Vue clouds close-up, but they're dead easy in PS. Comments very welcome indeed. There's a lot of stuff here that's new for me and any advice on how to do this sort of thing would be very welcome. Have a good week. Mark
