My first love of fractals came with Ultra Fractal, but I have also learned my way around APO, but have to admit in the past few months since discovering MB3D i have seldom used the other 2 platforms. MB3D has so much to offer and explore it is amazing.  i work in the healthcare field in northern Manitoba so there is not that many distractions to keep me from exploring a newly found creative streak.Â

Awesome image. The more you use and experiment with it the more you will find.

A big bulb-temple, Jim. Just go on by enjoying this program (I never worked with it ;-))

Great! I was hoping you would get into these. I agree with you entirely. The way I am trying to address the (correct) point you raise, is to create images where I use these formulas in such a way that it is hard to tell I am using them. MB work is still in its infancy and I predict you will see some fantastic creativity down thee line. Still, I must say, Your image today is fantastic and as I have said before, your learning curve is very impressive.

Excellent work work, keep it up. Make your own Hybrids, that's what keeps it fresh, I rarely use a pre installed Parameter file anymore except for maybe a base, they are just to get you started. Build your own, throw in negative scaling on the boxes and bulbs along with Simultaneous x-y-z rotations and translations, play with Foldings. Sometimes I do get stuck in a particular Hybrid for a while but that's because there is so much to explore in them. Peace

Awesome image of a old temple. This formula is proving to be a good tool for you to use. Your work never ceases to amaze me.

I do not agree with you ... the formulas used to start the first degree ... but an intense exploration of the software, you can not see the same thing as the others! I am not an expert with Mandelbulb, but I've created six hundred images that I have ever seen posted here! It is with Apophysis, show some pictures today that I realized there are four to five years ... merson display those that I create aujiourd'hui ... I'm not an expert, but I work with plusiuers hours jhour Mandelbulb or Apo. not both on the same day! Courage ...
