Description

I took a detour on my way home from the beach the other day and was rewarded by this guy. He let me get pretty close, then just sat nicely while I took several shots.

This is marvelous! I have yet to get close to one of these people! Of course, it would help if they lived in Chicago. They don't...and well...we're making a big deal here that we've got raptors again...hawks and apparently two Bald Eagles have decided to nest IN Illinois. But anyway, all rambling aside, I love this avian person and the elegance you have captured. This is really nicely crisp and has a great vibrant, outdoors (in the fresh/clean way) vibe...the perfect antidote to the pre-winter Blah that is Chicago at this time of year. Great stuff. And look at how well dressed this person is! I love it!
