Description
A sunset over an irrigation ditch and a tobacco field just outside Padova.Growing tobacco for crop rotation is still profitable in this region, though not as common as it used to be twenty years ago. On the horizon you can see the cones of the Euganean Hills. The photo was taken in the last days of October.

Love the dark and light captured in this scene, I can feel the cooling of the air. The clouds (back lit with sunlight) are the real show stopper though. They look like they might be painted onto the sky by some creative god or goddess.
