Well, it seems that our Murphy has caught a whiff of birthday cake again! And it also seems that SnowDrop Fae has lost her little dragon pup, Firefly, again. SnowDrop Fae has managed to convince Murphy to help her find Firefly, and lucky for her, Murphy has found that the smell of birthday cake and dragon pup seem be together!
So. It appears that the wee deer mouse folk heard about Stacey's birthday and convinced the dragon pup, Firefly, to help them in making this cake .. and now all of them are taking a nap, too much work making the cake, too much celebrating Stacey's birthday, and HEY! Did anyone invite Stacey to her birthday party??? Is there enough of the cake left for her? Will there be enough after Murphy finds it???
Happy Birthday Stacey!! Hope there's cake and ice cream for your celebration, because the folk at the Hollow don't seem to have much left!
Wishing you a wonderful year that stretches out way longer then a year! I know you'll have a terrific day of celebration .. and in fact, I hope the whole year is a celebration!

I've one more of JaneEden's beautiful tubes ready to post tomorrow, it's one of her beautiful Havanese pups at about 10 weeks of age. Wait till you see it!
Many thanks for all your wonderful comments on the previous post of Freddie. I love the way his paw was raised, and just had to tuck that mouse in there. Thanks for the faves also, it's all so appreciated.
I'm off to spend a few minutes in the galleries .. and then to bed. I've been staying up way too late, and the dogs don't seem to think that sleeping past 8 in the morning is necessary. Try and explain to them that a person needs more then 4 hours of sleep, LOL. They don't get the concept ..

Hmmmm. Word apparently travels slow .. I heard the celebration was today .. 11/22, but I notice that there's a B-day posting SWard80 that was put up 10/22! Sigh. Well Stacey, it appears the celebration is lasting much longer then you ever expected, but news reaches the Hollow very slowly .. grins. So Happy Belated Birthday .. have some more cake and ice cream!

Awww! Shucks Rita! Thanks so much! chuckles Yea, my b-day was actually October 22nd...but HEY! I'ma always up for a party!! I think the little mouse worked too hard on the cake as he fell asleep in the middle. I just hope Murphy makes sure that the candle doesn't burn his beautiful coat!!!!

Cake? Oooh I love cake, I never got any on my b'day sniff around here 8-9am is the magic hour for eyeball licking to wake up the silly human who stayed up late! Cats work much better than alarm clocks! (and clocks don't squeak when you pull em under the blankets heh heh.)
