Location: Berlin Technology Museum, Bln. - Kreuzberg Hi again! From 1880 till 1945 Berlin was the biggest single industrial city of Europe. Industry everywhere, we should think, but Berlin began very late to collect it technological and industrial treasures. This museum was founded in 1987, when the city was 750 years old. (the best technological collection in Germany is in the "Deutsche Museum" in Munich, Bavaria) Only number 2 in Germany, this museum here has a very big treasure of automobiles, airplanes, ships, autobusses and trams, 2 complete filled roundhouses with locomotives - and 90% of the treasury is not visible for the audience. On top of the museum is a Douglas DC 3 (?) airplane, a so called "raisin bomber" from 1948, when West - Berlin was isolated by soviet forces and all goods came with airplanes from the three allied forces (American, British, French) Thanks for your interest and thanks for your nice comments.
