Description

The Effloresper is finally in the stores. It was a long time in coming. The initial model I did probably over a year ago, and I liked it but the wings didn't close very well, and the legs looked a bit funny, and I didn't like the texturing that much. So I decided to rework the entire model. I kept the same rig though. And then shortly after finishing the new model and the textures I was having issues in Poser with the rig. It was odd. I would load the dragon, go to frame 30, create the pose I wanted to prepare the scene for wing simulation, and save it. If I loaded the scene up again later, and moved the scrubber to frame 30, what would happen is the hips and legs would pose and everything else would stay default. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was causing that. However, since switching to Windows 7, the problem has not happened again. I am thinking it had to do with my Windows setup, rather than a Poser issue itself. But who knows. I've since tested it a handful of times and have never been able to repeat the problem. Which is a good thing. That problem held me back from finishing this dragon for a long time. I am glad to finally have it available. There is already a Pose pack uploaded for it, going through review right now. Hopefully it doesn't have any issues. It shouldn't. In that pack there are fifteen poses, in two categories. Air and Land. And pre-simulated wings to go with each pose. Keep an eye out for an Orrery too. It is awaiting review as well. Thanks for looking, and reading if you read all that, heh. Cheers. Swidhelm
