I tried to capture the build up of the hoar frost on the gate whilst still getting a tree in.

Beautiful shot! I love how the tree pulls your eye forward through the fence. The blue of the sky really interacts with the shadow of the frost on the fence. Really nice shot!

Very nice, I may have cropped this in a bit at the top, to draw us more to that beautiful tree. I also would have wanted to walk out towards the tree and get a closer shot, but not sure if that cold snow would keep me more towards the fence. :)

Captured for a new infomercial on the dangers of putting ones tongue to such surfaces...lol. Superb shot, the lighting through the field, to the tree and sky is phenomenal. By chance with that same spectacular lighting did you take one without the fence?
