Description

You will have to excuse the slight over-indulgence you find herein, but you can (in a teeny part at least), blame Jeff! Or you could blame the fact that I am really very easily led! Believe that, if ya like! Aaanyway, I was going to print a few out and watercolour dabble a tad as per Jeff's suggestion, but the printer - which I had just shelled out far too much cash to get ink for, decided it didn't quite like the shade of yellow I'd supplied it with, and threw a wobbly! Drama queen! Now! I have a heavy duty blowy thing (no - I don't know the proper name!), which I use to blow up the tyres on the old banger, so I thought - as ya do - that it might just clear the nozzley thing on the printer. I now need a new printer! ^_* Regardless! I was not to be thwarted so I tossed the image inside PSP and PS and played with filters. This is the result - which I'm not quite sure about, but as I am a great believer in showing one's disasters as well as one's successes, "ere 'tis", as they say in this fabulous neck of the woods! Any other suggestions will be gratefully received as I still retain the originals....or of course we could just forget the entire thing and just move on! ^=^ Oh yes. No suggestions for upping my medication, if you please. I did it already! ^-+ Thank you for taking the time to look. ^=^

Beyond BRILLIANT! This is definitely right up my street. Monet eat yer heart out! I can feel the 'Joy in the Making', Carpathia. A favourite to go with the original.

Me and my big mouth Carpathia!! I am glad I suggested it though, cos this is brilliant. Could be some commercial value here. There I go again - shut up Jeff.

Hmmm....I like it! However, I will not suggest running over your printer with your banger and gluing the pieces to a canvas and selling it as modern art. Oh, printers really hate plaster dust as well.

wonderful..great idea and forms...my printer is sitting all alone..i am not paying twenty quid for a black cartridge or more for colour, yes i know ,say i am tight but i have brought refilled carts and cheap substitutes and they all last for i full colour print then run out...so it can sit there and do nothing as far as i am concerned....anyway, i just use the wifes one instead !!!..great colours by the way

  • jaw on floor * Oh My Word. This is BRILLIANT!! The original was interesting for the shapes, and a nice picture, but these ... THESE are outstanding! I blew this up. Looked at each one. Showed Bill, who was equally impressed. These are beyond fabulous. It makes me sorry I ever used a superlative to describe anyone's art before, because now there aren't any better words to use for this. Steve said "Warhol," but this makes Warhol look like a pre-schooler. Gorgeous!!
