Description

The famous Bronte sisters lived in the town of Haworth and would often walk the surrounding moors and visit a waterfall now aptly named the Bronte Falls. Access to the falls was gained by crossing a bridge, the original bridge was washed away during floods and the bridge in the image was built as a replacement. About half a mile from this location is an old dilapidated building the location of which which Emily used as the basis for her book "Wuthering Heights" Though looking quite beautiful on an autumn day the area of Haworth moors can be wild and treacherous in inclement weather.

i love all the various paths and valleys for the eye to follow. i also like seeing more of the blue of the sky in this one. it's not much bigger, but the full-size view has detail you shouldn't miss. i love the natural combination of warm and cool colors.
