Description

I like how this gypsum cast statue of a Renaissance-style Venus pudica seems wary of the winter outdoors. She was in a sheltered glass alcove in the hall of the Carraresi House, a museum in Treviso, white and naked as the wintry landscape outside. Hence I thought she was good at representing the incoming winter solstice. Thanks for your kind comments.

Buona idea e ralizzazione ! Credo che avrebbe preferito essere ancora sotto vetro ! Oggi ha nevicato tutto il giorno anche a Bozzano e le strade sono già ghiacciate .
