They'd can ya for hittin a Curb on Icy streets? That's wrongful termination they'd be crazy to even try. Happy and safe Hollidays to you and yours too my friend Peace

Sorry to hear you might lose you job over hitting a curb on icy streets, I would think it would be their falt if they don't provide snow chains. I will keep you in my prayers, my friend. A beautiful image & gift for your friend.

Beautiful image Steve and all those icicles gave me the shivers. Speaking of hearts made of ice – what is wrong with your company. You hit the curb because “they” didn’t give you the proper equipment to drive in ice and snow. Is there no justice in this world? I’m hoping that this is a Merry Christmas for you my friend. Dana

I like what you did with the shadow, very nice composition, Steve. Hope they (your boss/es) will reconsider the situation and won't give you a hard time. Will pray for you, my friend.

Steve, I'd definitely go to the State Labor board about this. Not only are they endangering you by not putting snow tires on the company van, but it is wrongful termination if they do fire you under those circumstances. Keep a record and maybe get the report from last year from the police if there is one for the accident... get both of them, actually. I used to work for an insurance company in the claims department and the report shouldn't be that much and you should be able to pick it up if you go in person. hugs I will be praying for you anyways. Lovely image.. the snow elf, the background and all, it's just so perfect together. Wonderful work!

This is a beautiful render for your friend;her skin glitters:) I zoomed in and so much more details...even the frost on the windows... Excellent image and a fav with me.............the shadows look great:) I also hope you get to stay with your job..........it's not your fault for not providing the snow tires....it is their's....and yes get copies of the report tell them your gonna file a lawsuit for un wrongful termination and I bet their jaw drops and you get to keep your job..If you asked me I would say give you a raise for even driving the van if the tires are that slick....it is a hazard for you to be driving in....and life is precious these days....and esp hard workers to come by.....and sound like you are dedicated and wanting to work I will keep my fingers crossed for you and toes too grin (just had to say it) and say a prayer as well........ Thanks for your comment on my new one...well we will see what happens Monday to both of us eh? Could be a crappy day as well as a good one.......... Take care my friend Love ya bunches Susan aka Blush~

Beautiful work on this one Steve, well done!! Sorry to here about your accident and do hope and pray that things work out ok for you. As far as I can see it was the companies fault for not looking out for your safety and the safety of other road uses by having you drive in those conditions with a company vehicle that is not road worthy for the snowy conditions.. Especially if you said No and they force you to with the threat of losing your job if you didn't..

Beautiful Image! We hope that everything will be resolved for the better. Happy Holidays!

Very well done! Excellent work and dedication. I hope that you will not lose your job. It is very dangerous to drive without snow tires. Don't they care? Keep your spirit strong,to get through this difficult time.

There must be some Government agency you can turn to about the tyres. Great picture - she looks rather under-dressed for the weather, though!
