Description

I've created quite a few winter scenes lately because it's cold here in Florida. I'm tired of the cold now and of creating winter scenes so I created this last night to cheer me up. Hope you like it. The birds are from Ken Gilliland at Daz, part of his Songbird Remix collection.

Hi friend, I've missed your postings here. And I was right to miss them, because this is again an incredible scene. At the moment it's -12 degrees Celcius here in the Netherlands, we had about 10cm of snow today, and 10 more are expected before morning. So if you don't mind, I'll put this beautiful picture on my desktop to warm me up a little ;-)

So glad to see you back I have missed your stunning work. Another example of perfection using Vue, love it! Not sure I feel sorry for you in Florida though! It's freezing here with lots of snow and ice.

Stunning image. It's as though you were sitting there watching them as you created the picture. The palm leaves in the upper right are the perfect accent. Stay warm.

This is a really beautiful scene with super reflections in the water and the sky looks amazing too. The birds look so delightful enjoying themselves in the water and they look so real. A fabulous work.

I love it, a great remedy for home-(state)-sickness. I do miss Florida sometimes. To tennesscowgirl, It can get cold enough in Florida to snow--and it has. I saw it happen more than once in the years I lived there ;)

Fabulous use of light, dancing flamingos (they always look as if they're dancing to me) and reflection, with the palm adding the perfect framing effect. A wonderful image to celebrate your return.
