Description
It is the year 2813. They have returned - they have licked thier wounds since thier defeat long ago at the hands of the Earth Beings and thier biological allies. But now, they have developed an immunity to the biological weapons of these primitive Earth Beings. This time they would prevail.
However, in thier omnipotent smugness, they failed to account for one thing: Venus 2813. A highly trained force of secret operatives with highly developed senses, reflexes, and the most technically advanced weaponry, they stand ready to defend the earth. At whatever cost is neccessary.
Who will prevail?

I've combined two of the spectacular backgrounds to give this image kind of a 'movie poster' feel. The lasers and titles were added in Photoshop.
I'm going to list the credits here, since the new credit feature is a total pain in the... you know... (IMHO).

Lovely render. It reminds me so much of the great art posters that were made for sci-fi and B-movies of the 60's and 70's for films such as Starcrash and Barbarella.

Really nice Rod...believe me, when you are downstairs creating...you think you are all alone...but no, we all feel like we have a window into your space now. If you get the feeling that somebody is looking over your shoulder...it is just all of us (your friends) on RR. Love this movie posterish upload...full of all the things you do best.

AMAZING! I am really floored and you did a great job of putting the backgrounds together and the movie poster feel! Very top notch stuff! I love the laser fire.. how did you do that? Mine looks very whimpy comparably :) The girl just looks so deadly! Awesome!

yep i suggested an improvement to give an opportynity to give a kind of credit for stuff which is not yet or not anymore in the MP.. and you did great my man a huge work with an excellent storybit which could go further.

Yes, it does really take me back to the good old days. The mark of a true artist when everything falls together perfectly and none of the seams show!
