I wanted to wait till I finished commenting, but some of you may be going away, so I'll post this now... To all of you, a most radiant & warm & loving holiday, whatever your beliefs, paths or aspirations. It's all about light---in either hemisphere---and I wish waterfalls of it to you & all you love and care for.

OHHHH Brother!! This takes my breath away. My speach too....Sigh!! it is indeed beautiful. Nobody could get better pictures out of that Nikon, than you. Nobody. And nobody can say more beautiful words, than you either. I wish you alot of warm holiday light back.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful capture. The light and the colouring are just heavenly and it has that wonderful sense of peace that can be found only in some places in the world and at certain times of the day. The reflections seem to emphasize the beautiful colouring. Have a happy christmas and new year too.

Mark!:)) i see the most beautiful bonfire i've ever seen! radiating light and heat, toward the sky and with open arms embracing the atmosphere and all of us. A kind of magical here with an approach to the mystic, calling us intensely. And YOU did this!!:)You gave this place the universality he deserves...because, as you said, its all about light! Mark, this is one of those images that just lights up the room the moment it comes on the screen. Radiant is exactly the right word for this photograph.
