Description

If it wasn't for the built-in Gravitron® unit she couldn't hoist this badass BFG. It's capability of decimating a cubic acre per pulse-arc certainly made her the most powerfully armed member of the unit, but far from the happiest. Why they hadn't assigned this to one of the young bucks crossed her mind but it quickly fled... her mind wasn't the safest place to be right now. My deepest thanks to Jenny and Chuck for the gift of their "Venus 2813 A.D." set to try out. There are so many possibilities with it between all of the different kickass weapons, backgrounds, poses, cameras and expressions it makes trying to decide on a character to use almost secondary! It does play with DS pretty well, too. I've seen some really great images popping up here from many talented folks who certainly made the most of this set, I'm envious of their abilities. My postwork is a WIP constantly as I've usually tried to do most everything within DS with a minimum of PSPXI or CS4 enhancements, mainly using BG's as "window dressing" outside of a spaceship or something. So this set definately is going to help me to expand my capabilities with compositing, painting shadows, matching lighting, etc. Different is good. So are friends. Thanks again, both of you. I'm having quite a bit of fun and actually have 3 other characters I'm working on for different images so I'll keep plugging away... :D CREDITS: Pixieluna/ChuckNepo ~ 'Venus 2813 A.D.' set for the BG, "Rage" weapon, her pose and attitude, V4 with Godin's 'Nevada' face morphs and mats, Xurge's 'EXO' suit, 'Twelfie' hair, my lights. Some PW to add shadows under her and the downed trees.

first test with the new code ute send me lol: here we go: now the serious biz- now i have seen quite a lot popping up in the last days with this set and i like em all,and this one is of course in the same faved line. i will wait a bit until all cools down a bit with this set and post then. jenny and chuck outdone themselves and quite some vendors could cut a slice of how a package shall be bundled,with poss and facial expressions, mfguns and all that an incredible package. excellent presentation shows that it has not to be scifi only, this set can be used in various environments wich makes it even the more versatile.

Quite a jaw-dropping render, Don! It just proves it works fine with DAZ. It never was tested in DAZ so seeing all these makes me feel a lot better. Thank you so much for this very nice and impressive art!

~I have seen a lot of images with this set too, and I would say yours is right there with the best of them! When lots of people start using a set I get so intimidated I don't even render a scene with it...Bravo for jumping in with your creative contribution!~
