The last greeting card until New Year's Eve.
Imitation snowman captured 12/17/10, early in the AM, within walking distance of my anachronistic abode.
Tons of these lawn displays dot the snowless Los Angeles County area and environs.

delightful capture, harry, nice surrounding detail too, it's clearly an 'imitation' snowman, because of the smooth surface and perfect proportions (a real snowman would be history pretty quickly in LA!) Very nice capture, and you did a fine job with the letters, using a blue background to set them apart from the white, etc. You do layout design well, it looks like you've had experience in that area...I hope your holiday was & continues to be a good one for you, with good in health too. LA & surroundings has never shown so many sides & so many faces as through your gallery, where it becomes a whole universe. This is just one snapshot from that universe. Thanks for all you give here all year round. Hope your weekend has been good!
