Description

The restoration is progressing along much better than either Lance or Lyle could have imagined. Their father's garage was well equipped with a fine assortment of tools. What they didn't have, the instructor at school let them borrow. They found out the value of good friends when several of their buddies insisted on helping them work on the Vette. Lyle and Lance concentrated on doing most of the body work, while their other buddies worked on restoring the engine and transmission. This group effort produced amazing results and helped forge a strong, life long friendship between all the guys. Every once in awhile, Reggie would sneak by to see how they were doing. Secretly, he was green with envy that the guys were having so much fun and accomplishing so much. His schemeing little mind felt he had to do something to make them feel as miserable as he did.
