Allie is all ready for the big New Year's celebration. She would love for all her friends at Renderosity to join her.
Rendered in Poser 8, Cityscape created in Bryce, fireworks are photos by me, composited in Photoshop 7.
Credits will come in a little while. I wanted to get this posted before midnight, because the Girls From TNA will be back for the first day of 2011.
And I also wanted to say a couple things...
First of all, I wish all my friends, and indeed anyone who spends a few moments viewing this image, a very Happy New Year! May 2011 bring you peace, love, happiness, wonderful times with family and friends, and of course, lots of art!
The past year and a half I've been on Renderosity has been a wonderful journey, and a fantastic experience. I have made new friends all over the world. It has given me a new outlook, and yes, even a new hope for our planet and it's people.
This community is a shining example of how we can connect, communicate, enjoy, and create something beautiful as one family of humans. The art on this site is a universal language that crosses borders, cultures, religions, spoken languge, or color of skin. We care about each other, and we care about our home planet. We enjoy each other's art, we chat, we sitemal, we share our triumphs and our tragedies. We are truly one.
Perhaps - someday - our "leaders" will take note and maybe learn something...
Thank you to all my friends, and friends to be, for dropping by and having a look at my little bits of fantasy! :-D

im afraid i cant add anything to your fimely chosen words mate. you said it all.but dont expect the shitheaded leaders to change . i remember the days the politicians screwed us a bit more discreetly,nowadays they screw us in the open and big time, starting 01 st january in spain no smoking anymore in cafes or discotheques.at the end of the year a lot of jobs will be lost. now i ask myself the question whats worse?? if i starve to death because i have nothing to eat or if i die with lung cancer, or if i shoot myself for lack of perspectives and ways out of the misery. cutting the pessimistic crap i wish you a happy new year.

Hey! Happy Hangover Day to you! I really hope this year goes better than the last one did, it seems there was a lot of grief flying around here. We could do with less of that. I mean, it's not like the universe will disappear if there's some good news all around for a change.

This is an awesome image for New Yrs I will upload an image soon........been sick Hope so far your new yr has been great Today we got 3 inches of snow more tonight and wind chills in single digits So cold in Ky it would even keep the wicked witch in on a day/night like it is now LOL no getting out for me.........our heater went out in our car and on the way to the Dr last Friday I was covered up like I lived in an igloo...LOL Hugs Susan~
