Description
My computer is action up again so i in safe mode. LOL thought i had it fix but looks like my computer montor bite the dust. I could not down load nothing from my camera from the party i went too. I cooked yesterday for 25 people some chile. I used fresh and dry chile pods. No power for me.cost me $65 for some one give me $5. They say it was good but the one who put the chile into the bowels forgot to mix the chile in the pot so some of the people just got the juice of the chile.
That reminded me of a time when i was in training to be a leader in the Royal Rangers. My job in the morning was to heat up the boudin. i never done that before so i heated it wrong and the casting to the boudin broke. The man in charge could not believe i did that and he say he could not eat it like that. Lol it still tasted like boudin to me so I ate it. I learn that people will mess up and to forgive them when they do. i still learning this. I fell bad that the people just got the sauce of the chile for i made it too thin to start out. This is my first time I ever cooked for for 25 people. I will post photos of the food and party later on
but mainly forgive all who ever did wrong in your life including yourself.

I love boudin. I eat it on crackers, so I don't see what difference the skin being cracked would make. We all have cooking mishaps. I made a pecan pie once with salt instead of sugar. My husband had emptied a lot of salt into a container next to a full canister of sugar, and I thought it was sugar that hadn't fit in the canister. They looked so pretty and were totally uneatable. Cool image! Happy New Year!
