Description
I have the pleasure to submit you the new works ‘s paintings .Always around of the them “Eternal Return” ‘s F.W. NIETZSCHE and my symbolist approach.
Why alleys in town or village ? When one walk or move along to roads or motorways ,we go from point to an other point. It’s all ! It’s little. Into the alleys ,one look , one lose one’s way ,one turn and return ,… etc … With pleasure or unpleasure ,with happiness or as well suffering. The world with the life of peoples from all countries ,all believes ,all superstitions ,tragedies , happinesses, arts,….etc…The colors of the live .
I have tried to translate this idea. “ If the life don’t you love, love the life..”…..
Outcomes my yearly travels in Morocco and Egypt ,I have used my villages or little towns ‘s memories.

An alley that leads to a spiral helix, a mystical woman in blue, a strange smoker with western shoes -it is not easy to understand the symbolism but it is a beautiful composition in bold blue and okra!

c'est un peu le choc des cultures,entre des gens en costumes traditionnel et cette femme en bleue,quand a l'etrange personnage en costume de deguise pour un bal costume,il semble avoir l'intention de vouloir faire exploser la planete,mais en est il conscient?? bref,superbe tableau!!

Had do delete my comment, because i am Dutch my English is not so good and therefor the comment -ment possitive- was seen as negative sorry.. I love this image.. let there be no doubt about it.. I sadly just don't understand all English people write and that is sad, because therefor I miss a lot here at this site. This is my mistake.. and not someone elses.... !!!!!

Une très belle composition riche en couleurs et qui semble aussi comporter des éléments symboliques dont la signification exacte m'échappe un peu, je dois dire... Le personnage en rouge, assis entre deux arches, et qui semble être un porteur d'eau, me fait penser à l'Empereur du Tarot, à cause de la verge qu'il tient et du monde à ses pieds ; mais ce n'est peut-être qu'une coïncidence...La femme en bleu androgyne, dont l'étrangeté en ces lieux étonne celui qui vient de la croiser, représente-elle un être céleste ou bien simplement l'époque moderne ? Au fond de la ruelle, la porte d'Or est restée entr'ouverte... Bravo, en tous cas, pour cet excellent travail qui questionne le spectateur !!

Cette ruelle est le lieu d'une atmosphère étrange : un personnage androgyne (?), un personnage bizarre jouant avec le monde, une porte dorée entr'ouverte qui conduit à l'irréalité, on a l'impression que tout est possible ici, même l'impossible ! encore une belle oeuvre, Jean, et toujours ce superbe bleu !

La vie d'une ruelle où plutôt d'une voie sans issue, des personnages, traditionnels ou non, en vase clos sous le regard d'un homme qui semble avoir la connaissance du monde... Une oeuvre superbe qui garde ses mystères!
