Just a little something for all my fellow Capricorn's, our birthstone Garnet. These are low grade or fractured and have been put through a fine grit tumble. Being a little rough looking gave me the title. Thought I'd try my luck sticking the camera into a bin or two at last years annual rock show held about 30 minutes from home. To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!! Ah, Yosemite--what a magic place that is--I've never seen it in the winter either; it must be gorgeous!! Love this shot, too, I've never seen gems in the raw before, they have a unique beauty.
