I think (according to my book) that this is a 'Queen of Spain Fritillary' (Issoria Lathonia). This is a beautiful capture of it Helle.

Oh yes!!! I long for a bit of summer right now. We had snow last week, and it's continued to be cold (although no more snow) so our driveway has been a sheet of ice all week. Tonight it's supposed to rain, and all that nasty cold stuff will just be a memory. I'm SO ready for warmer weather! Thank you for this blast of summer ... it's just what I needed!
