Description
I did this quick render tonight to decorate a friend's birthday card.
Well, it would have been quick except that Daz Advanced got hung up--and I hadn't saved yet. Isn't that how it always goes? I should know better by now, I've had that happen a couple times since I started using Daz3A, always when I have just begun manipulating a newly-loaded item.
All the models are by Lisa's Botanicals: Forget-me-nots, Carnation basket bouquet & additional LB Carnations; plus Carnation Bouquet textures. As usual, only postwork is the signature.

It's a beautiful still life and I'm sure your friend enjoyed it greatly. If it makes you feel any better, and I doubt that it will, it happens to me all the time in Vue as well. It only seems to happen just after I tell myself, "I'll save the scene right after I make this one little change" BAM, freeze, crash, restart, lots of swearing and in the end a lost masterpiece. Well okay, not a masterpiece but certainly a lot of lost work.

Yes! That's exactly what happened. I was going to load & place 1 more carnation -- & CRASH! Had to reboot my computer. I was going to find out how she liked it at church today, but we decided not to go because the forecast was back & forth about whether the winter storm start in late morning or midafternoon. turned out to be the latter, was snowing by 2 or 3 pm.
