Description

This was my entry to the 2001 'Visions of Science' awards. http://www.visions-of-science.co.uk/ It's a conceptual illustration depicting 'microbivores'- nanobots that are programmed to hunt down and destroy specific bacteria/protozoa, in this case E coli. It developed out of some test renders I was doing to fake microscopy images. Did't win any prizes though :)
