Description

For all the Aussies who are battling their own terrible disaster. Australia, just across the Tasman Sea from us are the first to help others, Now they need aid. This morning's dreadful water surge through Towoomba has turned a disaster into a dreadful tragedy. Oz, we Kiwis are all with you. Sending help, but in horrors such as these, it is never enough. The flooded areas in the North are several times the size of NZ. And we have the gall to moan because we are also getting summer floods. Miniscule beside yours. Thanks, Oz. for helping us, We can never repay you, but try we will. This image represents the power of the weather in both countries.

Fine image and dedication. The floods are devastating. I simply cannot imagine what life is like in Northern Australia, or indeed wherever tragedy is unfolding across the world....and we complain when the temperature dips a few degrees below freezing.

This is an excellent presentation of the earthquake and the flood combined. Perhaps there is also a real reason for the combination of the both disasters.
