Oh, Odile, this is truly special! The lighting paints her so delicately and her expression one of pain and misery so clear. Sometimes the deepest hurts are not the physical ones and you illustrate that so well here. The texture around the mouth is so beautifully done, strikes me as so realistic and the pose is so classical, like a beauty from a cathedral painting. Amazing work! Delaney

What I love especially in this is the expression on her face. Not merely angry or sad, but a twisting of both, and the title is perfect for that.
