Arguing with him must be sheer MADness! :) Now, I wonder what "mad"ness is being manufactured here? Loooking foreward to the finished plane and an interesting history. Cool image of a squeaky clean prototype construction plant. Great job with the logotype on the nacele of the left wing engine! Appleyard's figures sure fit the bill! Keep up the good work! :-)

I guess it wasn't as MAD to request the Beech civilian aircraft after all! heh! Thanks for the dedication, Neil. And even more for going to the trouble to model one of my most favorite of all aircraft. We lived out in the middle of North Central Kansas during my late gradeschool through highschool years. There was one of these at our "airport"--a couple of corrugated tin sheds and a grass landing strip--just east of town. It was all silver as I remember, but its twin engines fascinated me. I just wanted to climb in it and fly off. Our town was about 2,400 population. So everything out there was pretty much small fry stuff. I love the colour scheme you're using. Gorgeous! Jeremy

The big NEIWIL sign seems to be on a circular board put in the jet intake to keep foreign objects out when the motor is not being used.
