Description


This is the 'surfers' beach at St Ives in Cornwall on a cold and miserable day. As you can see there are several surfers in the water waiting for 'that' wave but at this moment not a lot going on!!

I went to Par Sands yesterday, and the para gliders were out in force, the surf being high and the wind being full force! Thankfully, the wind was south west, so warmth permeated the air but I was still happier on the beach than in the water! Smashing shot! ^=^

Nice picture. I went to St Ives many years ago. I have good memories of my journey in Cornwall and the wild coast.
