Hello my dearest and most wonderful friend. Today is a day for us to relax and just be. It is a day for drinking in the beauty that surrounds us. It is a day to be in the business of Just Being. What a wonderful business that is. Let us loose our minds to the hurry and scurry of our busy day... let us free ourselves from the clutter of busy thoughts and just relax... we shall let go of the hurry and scurry. Today... just for today... we shall perceive our surroundings in a positive and relaxing way. We shall move through our day easily and effortlessly and all the while we shall know for ourselves that we are relaxing and letting go of all that no longer serves our highest good. We shall allow ourselves to move into the gap... that gap between each moment of time where there is only peace... where there is only harmony... where there is only tranquility. For we are peace by our very nature of creation... we are harmony... we are tranquility. We are free of any and all stress or strain, tension or fear. There is nothing that we need to change... there is nothing that we need to rearrange. We are exactly who we should at this moment of time. For we are the music makers... we are the creators of our life's symphony and from that symphony comes a most inviting and enticing music which relaxes our souls and brings peace of our valley life.

We merely need to open our eyes and drink in their beautiful presence. I love all color and I go through cycles of colors. They excite and energize my mind’s eye. Right now pastels colors have grabbed my attention. To me pastel colors herald the long awaited spring. The heart represents the peace and tranquility within. It gives music to the soul and creates harmony throughout our being. Have a most wonderful day.
