Hello my dearest and most wonderful friend. Treasures abound in our every day life. Does a treasure always have to be something that we can touch and hold? I believe that a treasure is an unexpected gift whether it is tangible or intangible. It can be a smile from a friend or a hug from a loved one. If you take time to reflect upon the events of the last few days, can you pick out the treasures that you have received or given? At first we might think that there is nothing that we have given or received. However, when we reflect more deeply, we might be surprised to find that those random little acts of kindness that we tend to forget so quickly have been a treasure to those who were on the receiving end of our giving. The real question is whether or not you have given yourself some of those wonderful treasures. So today... just for today... be a treasure to yourself and give to yourself a little random act of kindness. Buy a latté for yourself or take a walk and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. Being kind to yourself is as important as being kind to those who are in your life experience. Always remember that you are worth every bit of kindness that you show to yourself... after all... it is what makes you so very special.

Created with Apophysis 3D Hack 2.08. Post work was done in PSP7. I am still hooked on pastels. This reminded me of flowers that are awakening in a summer garden. With the awakening of nature comes a breath of spring and all of its loveliest colors and forms. There is light and energy dancing all about. The flowers are dressed in their finest petals and are about to dance. I always find it so fascinating that when winter comes our thoughts turn to desires of spring and summer and the beauty that it has to offer. Oh well, I guess that is what makes us all so interesting.
