Last year I started my third period of photography after fifteen years silence.I began in the analog eighties and took primarily slides with my Pentax MX until it broke. Then, in the early nineties, I started digital photography with a very simple Logitech Fotoman. It was easy to operate because the camera didn't have any features except a flash! The surprise came ofcourse when I first downloaded pictures on my computer. The ease of working digitally convinced me. Still, after a few years, my interest declined.Until last year when I took a chance to work with a compactcamera, seeing other peoples work. In the end I bought a new camera myself. Eversince I can't imagine living without a camera.

Mooie foto, vooral ook omdat de snelheid erin zit en vanwege die weglopende lijnen van het racket.

Very interesting….The photograph succeeds in attaining the imagery of movement. At first, it was hard for me to make out what exactly is going on within the frame. If I wasn't told what the image is representing, I wouldn't really know. Possibly seeing more of the subject matter within the framing could make for a quicker understanding of what is going on. The zooming / movement of the subject does suggest motion but I would like to see more of the subject... and especially more movement on the shuttle. It is quite interesting approach to still life type of photography :) Very creative! Thank you for sharing, Onno.
