Description

Hope this finds everyone doing okay I am finally getting on my feet after chemo did okay on chemo night but the next two days were killer..so deathly sick...have had to go to ER once with severe pain...Dr cut back on my meds and the ER doc said since it had been awhile since I had been to tell my Dr to re up them again....he wrote me out a couple 5 days worth and said to be sure to tell the Dr....or else it could be considered Dr hopping..I tell him everything anyway LOL....Has been so bitterly cold here you would think we were living in Anartica instead of Ky...the high now is 17 degrees.... We got 3 inches of snow an managed to get out with my cousin to get a few shots....after that ambulance came to get him and took him to VA in Louisville,Ky..He coded on them in the middle of the night and they called the family in..didn't think he would make it but they got to come home yesterday...she says he really looks bad..can't talk at all.......from where they scraped out his larynx etc...so plz say a prayer for my cousin Carolyn and her hubby Lowell...His condition is not good....and hubby's brother is some better but not a lot..doing aggressive chemo and radiation on him...so say a prayer for my brother in law Ronnie...it would be much appreciated... I got some good pics but had to post one of birds since I rarely get them...We are due yet another snow storm headed our way Wed....I am so ready for spring....I like snow but enough is enough..Guess I am glad I am not in New York or Boston....they have sure had their due....Oh and if any of you all like to read like I do then I found a good author for you all...Debbie Macomber all of her books are so down to earth and you would think you were part of the town reading the books...If you haven't picked up one by her then plz do so.....you won't be sorry...I love her Cedar Cove Series...Just finished that..and her Blossom Street Series as well.......now off to shift shapers were wovles etc... As usual all post work did in PSP 9 Added frame, 3 borders, text, and a few extra added touches Thank you for your comments as always Also for those of you who favorite my work it is much appreciated as well I hope you like these snowy cardinal....... Hugs Susan aka Blush~

I love your cardinal picture. With the suet hanging in the front it makes their bird feeder look like it has a stained glass window. I've only seen cardinals once in my life and I was so impressed with their beauty. You are lucky to have them at your feeder. Thank you for the update and will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers.

The cardinals are wonderful. I still miss them, though I've been gone from the midwest for 35 years. Beautiful picture. Man, you and your family are having a heck of a bad time. Best wishes to you.

sorry to hear of the familys pain sister. one thing comes to my mind,as all our friends in spain are older than we,some considerably, according to the biological clock and if all goes within "normal" parameters they will leave this place before we do.there will be hard moments ahead as we have very close firndships here . my thoughts go out to you sweetie.

Awesome picture Susan. Yeah you're right it could be worse. I'm in western PA and it's cold and snowy here. Has been since Dec. 1. Guess I'll get to see the ground sometime in April. Hahaha.
