My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.

Of the two I should prefer your rain forest, but 12 feet of rain seems a tad EXTREME!

Ya know, this is a brilliant shot. I love the greenery, the sense of peace, and the vague impression that there are Rusalki in that water! Or maybe not. But who knows. Anyway, I love this. It's so serene and restful, and well...there's something about ANY rainforest that just appeals to me. I think it's the lushness and the wetness (good for woodlice, you know) and the overall sense of peace. This is one of the most appealing, gentle images I've had the pleasure to enjoy. I love it! 12 inches of rain eh? Well, at least one doesn't have to shovel it like 12 inches of snow!
