Description
Taken at the Botanic Gardens in Spring 2009. I have not been on RR much lately as work has kept me too busy. 12 hour days working on a computer does not inspire me to get on the computer when I get home....
I hope to get to everyone's gallery as things settle down but that probably won't happen soon as budget season is heating up for me...I have been viewing and picking favs as I can. Sorry for being out of touch for so long...Thank you as always and I hope you are all doing well...

This is excellent. Flowers. We need some right about now. The color is fantastic and lively and so incredibly warm. I love the texture of those petals too. They seem thick and meaty--in a flower petal sort of way. It's funny, too, because Marilyn posted a shot a while ago, and so I learned a new flower (for me) and I recognized it here! Ha! Sometimes I impress myself. Most times, not. This is a great shot.
