It looks like you have found "your" character, Carl... He (including the textures) fits your imagery as a glove, indeed! The wings, the hair, the armor - everything make a perfect combination here. I have always admired your way of lightning, and how you work with colors. Few tints, mostly in a sharp contrast to each other, with a neutral filler. In this image the balance is somehow broken, though. Too much red in the lower part? Would it be better with no red at all this time? I don't really know, maybe this image would raise if it only had the cool tints as in the upper part. Still a very strong render. Vashek

He, Carl, you can let your hair grow and buy yourself a sword and ... tataaa!! The king of the world in your mirror :) I like this keltish tattoo a lot, my genes talking. The face texture is really good. Clever to re-work the wings and give the illusion of movement. I don't know if this comes from the Pov but to me the head makes a strange angle with the rest of the body, or with the armor. Your hero is attractive anyway! Have a great day(evening) Odile

I like the character. Just thought about color balance and head angle that where mentioned earlier... Maybe if you pulled his hips back a little it would give him more power and make The colors a little more contrast with his strength. As if the world is burning beneath him and darkness flowing behind him. It's all in the hips. (I think)

He looks like someone who means business and I can imagine him swooping down to exact vengeance or justice. The motion blur on the wings is very well done, love the tattoos, again.. the motion of the hair and the colors of your light. You do such wonderful things with colored light and teach me every time. Thank you, my friend! Delaney

~The question is...what's he going to do with that big knife?! I like the pov that gives the impression that he is gigantic! And if you don't stop doing your own skin textures you are simply going to force me to learn how...I am jealous!~
