Description
I drifted off for a short while,
And you suddenly disappeared out of sight,
Elusive as the dawn's first rays of light~
Gone to the farthest nowhere,
My sweet Muse,
In the deepest hours of total blankness,
I will linger here, awaiting for your return.
Now you see her, now you don't. But when she is around you just feel like your hands have wings and they can take you anywhere you want. A dedication to those whose muse is taking a short vacation. Hope she'll be back soon.

Her muse may be lost....but she is beautiful.... Love her outfit and can't miss her expression.... Also like the background as well When my muse is lost...I don't do anything at all that I normally like to do.... I don't like to take pics...read... write poetry....watch tv...do nothing...I mean do de nada.. Also don't get on the computer for 2-3 days even....sometimes I even miss logging on to hotmail and fail to comment on my e bots....when my poetry returns slow but sure I know my muse is returning,then I log on and find out I have over 100 some odd e mails.........mostly from Rendorosity...so if I have missed out on some of your images and commenting...now you know why...and I do apologize...usually I will catch one or two and get caught up..........as for the present my muse is cooperating tonight...Yeah....LOL....and I hope she sticks around awhile...I think when my muse is lost is called Depression.....am waiting for spring...even tho its just a few weeks away it is still cold,dark,bleak, and weary.Soon the time will change and it will be light again and stay light until 8 or 8 30 at night............so come on spring........lets all shout meditate on sunlight and warmth...LOL...and we can't go wrong in that direction........ Just a beautiful image...definitely a keeper; love your images...:) Hugs Susan~

I love the way you have worked the lighting, your postwork lightbeam and lantern look like they cast a natural glow on the Muse. A wonderful working of torquoise and green. There is something unique about the way you do your lights and the color scheme to produce something that looks similar to pastel. It is a signature of much of your work.
