I wrote this little humorous poem to go with this image.
Shop Till You Drop
I got up this morning at half past nine,
Looking out my window I felt the sign,
Telling me I should get ready and go,
To the shopping mall my car did roll.
Oh my! Sears, JC Penney and even The Gap,
I just didn’t listen to any salesgirl flap.
I was on a mission to spend some dough,
Master card and Visa was my cash flow.
I had to spend all day shopping around,
While my little car drove around the town,
I was going to shop until I dropped.
And only the setting sun would make me stop.
I know this must have happened to you,
Maybe you wanted a new dress or new shoes.
The shopping call of the mall can be very loud,
Makes you want to shop till you drop in a crowd.

Oh Doris, I love the poem! So funny and true! Once I lose a bit more, it's the mall for me!!! Lovely and cute picture too but she should be smiling ear to ear with all her new stuff.. lol, I bet she has shoes in those bags too, and pretty underthings!
