Description
I took this image on the day before my return to South Africa after my recent one month trip in the US and Canada. My hotel room had this tiny view of the Hudson River with this gorgeous warm sunset in the distance. I just loved how it contrasted with the cold blue midtown Manhattan buildings!

Interesting in many ways for a boy who grew up 20 miles from here. The building on the left must be comparatively old...it has windows that are real windows...from the time when office buildings needed outside light to function. Great shot.

Its a great view! Have to admit.. Super sunset and everyone raves about NY, but my limited experiences with the NY folks (not fair I know), have not been great.. Compared with other parts of the US I have been to.. Still, may only have been those few.. Your picture though, a stunner.. Well done Rob
