Description
This is the famous LOVE statue in Philadelphia. The building right at the end of the street (about 2km away) is the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The street is lined on both sides with flags of the world! When I took this image I was literally frozen to the bone... I was only slightly colder than this in Chicago!!! :):)

ps - I just realized that their might be a small animal in the cradle of the "L". I checked on the large image but I'm not sure. ???

YES! THAT is a great sculpture :-) A really lovely message. :-) Yes, it could be an animal or a bird or maybe just some dirty snow, but an animal is more exciting :)

I beLeive what yOu'Ve got thEre is an eastern gray squirrel. Excellent photograph of this famous piece! Our postal service always has a "LOVE" stamp in circulation, and this was the inspiration for perhaps the most famous of those stamps in the early 70s. It's an iconic image, and you've captured it beautifully!

What a shot! I love the POV! You're looking between legs, over a fountain, and down a long, nice street. This is quite nice. And it's nicely vivid as well. I love all of the different bits of interest in this, and I had no idea there was a sculpture like this. Nice. Very nice indeed. Yeah, a goody!
