Description

Hey everyone, An image of the incoming tide crashing against some coastal rocks as a storm approaches in the Scottish borders. I found this one from back in August 2008 during a recent clearout and backup of my files... seem to have missed it first time around! It was fun working in b&w again for a change, seems like ages since I last posted a mono image... It's now a full fifteen months since I've visited the sea and damn do I miss it... going to have to do something about that this year! Hope you're all well :) Adam

That's too long, Adam, to be away from the sea. This is such a powerful shot. I love the feeling of abandonment that the ocean generates. Stellar b/w

an excellent picture and i agree with you about the lure of the ocean, i count myself very lucky to live about twenty minutes from the Dorset coast.

I don't often take many B+W seascapes Adam, but after seeing yours, I should! Beautiful work.

A lovely capture of the sea and the approaching storm and they look very dramatic in B&W.
