Description
As usual, I'm way behind, and today I found a post from Cecilia (SSofia) about how badly things have deteriorated in Mexico. We've known it's dangerous there, but it didn't really seem to touch us. We are so far from Mexico, almost at the border of Canada, so it seemed distant. Today it became a reality, much closer, because now someone I know and think of as a friend, is right there in the heart of it all. Her life, the lives of her family, the lives her friends are all at risk. The safety of their homes can no longer be relied on. People are dying. Neighbors, friends, family.
I don't know what we can do, but I do know we can all pray for Mexico and all those who are caught in the insanity of the drug wars there.
Stay safe Cecilia .. we are all praying for you and for your country.

yep the whole of the community is supporting her,i know its little we can do all living spread around the globe,but already the feeling that someone thinks of you while in misery helps a lot. again the results of ignorant and f...ed up politics. there is too much money involved in the trade thats why they fight. they cant legalize it because then they have thousands of jobless dea-agents. they could legalize it but then again too much money involved. and for the future we can never control anything with prohibitions. let the ones take what they want they will do it anyway legal or illegal. we wont save our kids by prohibiting drugs,the ones who want to take always find a way to get it. we can protect our kids when we are honest and explain them in a correct way and not with idiotic standard phrasings. thou shall not... is ok but explained in a reasonable way. tomorrow cecilias Bday lets make her all plenty of bday gifts!!!!!!!!!!!

The image is astoundingly well done. It's gorgeous, Rita, but you know, there's a few folks out there who are going to think you just posted a photograph. You should take some credit for the work you did....you made it so darn perfect, people won't notice. It's really a splendid and truly seamless job. I'll have to go look at SSofia's gallery, but I can imagine what you're talking about. A co-worker just left for Mexico to visit her mother and felt some real fear about going down there...feels fear most times because she can't get mom to come up here.

The situation in Mexico is not at all révéléedans no media in Europe and at home, in France one can not understand why Florence Break can not be extradited Mexican ... the power up is perhaps not as healthy he dares to pretend ... Zapatta Viva!

The dedication is very poignant and unfortunately reflects the sad and tragic nature of life on this planet.A few years back I had relatives in the Balkans who lived daily with the fear of execution squads.Our times are dangerous, hopefully there will be a true dawning of a new world,I'll never see it, but I hope and pray my grandchildren do. Keep the light of peace burning!!!!!

A beautiful image for Cecelia and the little angel will, I hope, keep her safe. It must be horrible to live in fear of your life. Your photo is so clear and I love tree stumps covered in moss, they seem to fit in to the landscape so well.
