Description

Fog, nothing but fog, I followed the voices and came here. Light and shadow, the rustle of leaves, the fog is thinning and I am there. A picture of a vision. I made this picture not too long ago and already many times revised. Again and again I had to find fault with anything on the textures, so I went a long way - with the result. I very much hope that you like it and would like to simultaneously thank you for your loyalty and your comments that me have brought for the third time in a row in the top 50. Myc

Hmm... this is a nice image with a great setting and character. Nice poem too. I hate to say this as you spent so long on it, but the composition of the figure is a little off. I think she needs to be a litte higher in the image so the toes of her left foot are in frame and don't look cut off. A minor detail, and just my opinion of course. :)

I agree with Alex but except that little detail, the composition is beautiful : great pose and expression, soft colours and lighting, fine textures ... A lovely image !

Yep, I must also concur. The scene and character are wonderfully lit and the image has a softness to it that makes it almost surreal. The cut off foot is one of those details that may not be noticed during actual creation, but when it is finally discovered, it detracts from an otherwise beautiful image. I love this piece otherwise.

Actually, the toes being cropped do not bother me at all. I think it's a fine piece.. the textures are strong and a good atmosphere. You managed to bring a dreamy quality into the piece as well, very balanced. Love the pose of the figure and the little piles of leaves and stray branches invading the temple are a wonderful touch. Lovely art!
